Our service dog received a special welcome bag with a treat inside, which was such a nice touch. The staff's warmth and professionalism stood out, especially with the busy events happening around us. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I appreciated having a kitchenette area, as it made things easier for us. Breakfast options were solid and varied, giving us plenty of choices to start our day. However, I wish the bathroom offered more privacy. the sink area was open to the common space, which felt a bit awkward. Also, a surge protector outlet near the bathroom sink would be helpful, as we ran into some issues with blow dryers tripping the fuse. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and plan to return.
